Domain availability check configuaration for WHMCS

Your domain availability check should be configured as follows:

  1. Login to the File manager of your WHMCS folders and navigate to the WHMCS root directory
  2. Navigate to the a /resources/domains/
  3. Create a whois.json file in the domains directory.



Add the following the below JSON to the whois.json file.

        "extensions": ".name.ng",
        "uri": "https://whois.nic.net.ng/domain/",
        "available": "404"
    }
]
